For a really old bus, the oldest I've driven was a 1939 Yellow Coach model 740 that is based at the Connecticut Museum. It was one of the first with the 6-71 diesel. I've driven just about everytrhing produced since then. The ACF C44s with the Hall Scott gas engine were a real challenge. Never knew when you had brakes.
