So you are saying that if people feel they are saving time, that's all that matters even if they really aren't. Success is defined by realities not perceptions.Success is defined by the degree to which the facility is actually used. Yes, if giving people a false perception of time savings means they will be more likely to ride, then by all means it should be designed to give that perception. |
