I have been very close to it and paying close attention to any plans that interested me, made dozens of suggestions to them and received formal written replies. I have also analyzed their data finding numerous errors in what they have produced. Translation: they booted you out of OP and you've been an annoying pain in their backside ever since. I left e agency in 2005, but stil have contact with the MTA having had four meetings with them after I retired. OOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! 4 meetings! So I am quite aware of what is needed in general. No, you're quite aware of basically nothing. I only speak of specific instances where I have personal knowledge of the situation That's pretty scary. If you're THAT wrong about the stuff you think you have personal knowledge of, then I can't even imagine how wrong you are in general! which makes me far more credible than you who can only speak in broad generalities and avoids any discussion where specifics are involved. Hank is not that credible but sadly and as much as I wish this weren't true, his generalities in this thread are much more on target than your specifics in this thread. When you called me only a "casual user" and dismissed all bus fans as know nothings in one broad brush stroke, you destroyed all your credibility. Nope. But when you called the members of NYC Transit Forums "sophisticated bus users" or whatever, you reaffirmed that you have zero credibility. |
