From the article:A male photographer found it difficult to visit the back of the bus, filled with Hasidic riders loaded down with packages and the scent of freshly baked bread before the Jewish holiday Shemini Atzeret. The bus driver told him that only women were allowed there. So men are forced to sit in a certain section of the bus. Sounds like they're discriminating against men and treating them as second class citizens. Or treating them both equally, I'm not sure which. |
