I have witnesses and have made diagrams of the intersection showing distances from building edge to curb, etc. And I have THEIR schedule showing the speed THEY want me to drive THEIR bus. Ace in the hole: told the accident investigator that if they uphold the charge, I want a copy of the verdict so I can give it to the red light runners insurance company, showing that MY company is blaming ME for the accident! Wouldn't THAT be nice for him???
