I found something else!http://cityroom.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/03/24/mta-postpones-subway-and-bus-service-upgrades/ They would have created an M13 and extend the B71 and B77 to South Ferry. Well that can't be done because the B71 was completely wiped out and the B77 was absorbed by the B61. I could see the B61 extended to Manhattan but I'm not sure about CNG buses operating over the bridges or in the Battery Tunnel. |
