No; what will happen is that people will choose to drive, rather tan walk so far out of their way. No one boards the x17J along the westbound service road at the one stop between Richmond Ave and South Ave. The only reason it works is because the route runs on Richmond Ave, so it's a relatively short walk from the neighborhood to the nearest Manhattan-bound stop.The South Ave stop works similarly, because return riders take the x30. |
