There are homes on the side streets by Richmond Hill Road that might use the service (and the problem is that those streets don't connect to Ring Road).The only way to serve those homes and the stores like Burger King would be if the S44/S59 took Marsh Avenue->Richmond Hill Road->Ring Road (the one the S79 takes)->Ring Road (current path) |
