I have to agree again about your point but (Brooklynbus can correct me on this) it is not all Operation Plannings fault, but more the budget department shutting any ideas OP may have in mind. It is sad that a city like NY have horrible bus system. In the days of Brooklynbus being around, it seem like it was taken for granted. At least then they were able to press the reset button without budget pushing them away and allow them to do what their job is to do. To study and plan routes that benefit our customers (riders) and giving each route a purpose. |
