Private Transportation is a common carrier and therefore has non-discriminatory obligations. Were Private Transportation to be other than a common carrier it might then have the right to discriminate on the basis of religion and/or sex.And if Private Transportation discriminated on the basis of religion and/or sex then someone might have reason to complain. They don't. |
