It's nothing new with bunching on the 15 - it's called traffic through two of the busiest thoroughfares in Manhattan.Add to that the construction on 2nd Avenue and you have your problem right there. Travel times will be faster - but these are still buses...which means they will be subject to traffic conditions. |
