It's bus number 1!"Funny, I said the same exact thing to my friend when I saw fishbowl #1 on the B53(Q54), probably late 60's. For me, it really was bus number 1. BTW, during the 70's and 80's when the older NYC buses were repainted to two-tone blue, afterwards, alot of those fleet numbers came off and much were missing, sometimes one digit, sometimes more than one. |
