(Please excuse the obstructions, grabbed this pic quickly as I was leaving work)

After 7 years of a magenta-teal-blue color scheme, Miami-Dade Transit is using this new color scheme on their buses using the tradtional Dade County colors of green and blue. I personally liked the old green/blue stripe with the "M", but that's just me. 70 of these NABI 40-LFWs (5101-5170) were received over the summer, and MDT is currently taking delivery of an additional 115 (5171-5285). While some are for service expansion, these 5100/5200s will signal the end for MDT's 1993 Flxible Metros (and their 1994 Flxibles will probably be put into the reserve fleet). A few 1994 and 1995 Ikarus 436 artics (which are pieces of crap) may also go out of service.
