The MTA did not illegally put the 144 out of business.The 144 was dead the minute Red & Tan did away with it. TransportAzumah operates/operated (don't know if he still does) its varient of the line. The MTA came in with the S89 WAY after Red & Tan did away with the 144 Line. And the buses that operate the S89, operate with proper USDOT numbers. Nothing illegal about it. If that was the case then NJT would be ALL illegal while operating into New York City, Orange County NY and Philadelphia, PA. -Trevor |
