Well, as of FY 2008, Comly needed 23 buses to make the scheduled on the 14. Considering that service has increased on the 14 since the time the most recent cost recovery data was available (source of that information is the FY 2010 Annual Service Plan), the 30 artics (factoring in buses out of service for repairs) may not be enough to fill all of the trips on the 14.

Getting back on topic (ie. NJT's NABIs - and high floors in general), the new suburban buses seat 42, while the SEPTA NABI's seat 44. I do agree with the above post in that the most notable high floor buses of recent years - the Gillig Phantom and the Orion V - have both been discontinued within the past year or two. The only other high floors on the market, such as it is, are not even worth mentioning (ie. Blue Bird, Thomas, etc).
