Hey, don't downgrade my truck... it's a Ram 3500! :)

The Doylestown route is not nor was it ever an NJT route. It was originally West Hunterdon Transit (which used to run bright green non-AC Flxible New Look suburbans). WHT received several MC-9s from NJT in the 80s, as did all other NJ operators of suburbans or coaches in line service.

WHT was in financial trouble and was bought by DeCamp in the mid 80s, which kept them alive as a subsidiary. When NJT opted to give up their Allentown-New York route (originally the 150 from PSCT/TNJ, later renumbered 350) which competed with TBL, DeCamp also agreed to give the Doylestown route to TBL. NJT's involvement with the two routes was limited to supply of buses, ticket sales, senior/handicapped fare reimbursement, and schedule printing which NJT did for several years.
