Posted by exgreenbusdriver on Thu Apr 9 07:19:10 2009 Q67 CUSTOMERSEFFECTIVE SUNDAY, APRIL 12, 2009 In an effort to provide faster, more reliable service through Maspeth, the travel path of the westbound Q67 (to Long Island City) will be revised to operate on the Queens Midtown Expressway Westbound Service Road from 69th Street to Hamilton Place. The westbound Q67 will no longer operate on Grand Avenue nor repeatedly cross over the Long Island Expressway in Maspeth. This revision will discontinue the current westbound bus stops on Grand Avenue at the Queens Midtown Expressway Eastbound Service Road, and on Hamilton Place at Perry Avenue. A new westbound Q67 bus stop will be added on the Queens Midtown Expressway Westbound Service Road at Hull Avenue. The current westbound Q67 bus stop on Grand Avenue at 69th Street will be relocated around the corner to the Queens Midtown Expressway Westbound Service Road at Grand Avenue. The eastbound Q67 (to Ridgewood) will remain unchanged. |
