Nice pics!

1. I saw the WMATA 60-BRT at the APTA 2008 Expo and it was very bright and attractive inside. Along with LACMTA, I really like WMATA's interiors on their 2001 and newer buses. One thing that the 60-BRT at the APTA 2008 Expo had were small "headrests" on the handles of the seats. I don't know if that was just experimental (on one bus) or if it is present on the other buses (if I recall the first WMATA 60-BRT did not have them either). Nevertheless, that is a very clean-looking bus.

2. Looks like someone got to the seats and walls of that 2000 Orion (and partly on that Flxible). At least on the buses that I rode on (mostly on 1997 and 2000 Orion Vs and two Orion VIIs), WMATA buses are generally clean (I did not remember any scratchitti, but there was some writing on the seats that also used black ink). I haven't ridden many of the other routes so I don't know if WMATA has a serious vandalism problem (the Metro trains are spotless).

3. SEPTA's interiors are quite attractive too. I have never ridden on a SEPTA bus but they appear to have a little bit of scratchitti in the rear (from other photos that I have seen) but I don't think it is worse than Phoenix or Los Angeles. I like the red rear walls on the SEPTA 416s as it really makes the interior attractive with the red, white, and blue colors).
