If the 2008 C40LFRs can work with that station, I'd venture to say that maybe 6638-6647 would likely be moved to Tempe (if they aren't already there).

Could you please explain why Tempe would get these 2008 C40LFRs (6638-6647) and not other 2008 C40LFRs (such as 6597-6606, or any other combination)?
