As a bus passenger, I alread seen enough BS stories from passengers claiming they don't have any money to pay the required fare, and I'm not talking about school kids without passes or just trying to get home safe, I'm talking about ADULTS!!!!!This is so heartbreaking that a man's great career was cut short all over a punk assed motherfucker. My deepest condolences go out to the victims family and every bus operator facing danger on a regular basis. It is also wonderful that MTA decided to dedicate a website page to his memory, they should also give a full lifetime pension (30 years of service) with a lump sum bonus and full medical (family) coverage to the victim's widow. Not always I use the front door to exit. When I do, I always say "thank you" to the B/O. |
