I am saddened for the loss of this young man and that his family will now have a sad holiday season and the same goes for his co-workers. Is this what you call "customer service?" Do you call the killer of this hard working soul, "a customer? I call him a two-bit, low-life murdering scum. To hell with the fucking courtesy, the good mornings, the have a nice day and the Dr. Diekmann's Blue Book of Customer Commuication. These buses and trains carry the filthiest low-down scum of the earth who are worth the basics of human dignity. Christmas is coming. I have a question for you MTA drivers only.Do you expect to receive candy, money, liquor, smokes, etc. from you so-called "customers?" Maybe if you worked for the former private carriers, but not for TA/MABSTOA. |
